Today’s Daily Art: El Capitan Study / Medium: Gouache / Daily Art Count: 38/100

Today’s art comes to you thanks to my awesome cousin Joe, who spent this spring in Yosemite National Park. He sent me some photos including some of he and his friend Marty kayaking near El Capitan. Joe’s parents met and married while working in Yosemite back in 1981, and Marty’s folks met and got married there, too. Both Joe’s and Marty’s families later moved to Welches, Oregon to work at Timberline Lodge on Mount Hood. The guy in the kayak is Marty. :)
