Wildflower Landscape

This week’s theme: Flowers / Today’s Daily Art Prompt: Wildflower Landscape / Medium: Watercolor / Daily Art Count: 47/100

OK everybody, I pretty much have spring fever now after painting flowers with this awesome new watercolor set from Amazon ☞. It just has some pretty vibrant colors that seem to fit with painting spring hues. This is a painting from a couple of different photos I have, exploring the ways that lights and darks flow in perspective when you look at a wildflower meadow. :)

Join me as I work to make art for 100 days, following the daily art prompts inside Bonnie Christine’s Flourish Membership, and sometimes deviating based on what I feel like doing. Each week has a theme with 7 prompt words within that theme. Flourish is a monthly membership for artists and designers, opening in May and October of each year. Want to learn more?
