Looking to sell finished products with one of my existing designs? With a non-exclusive license, you can choose any design of mine to be manufactured by a printer of your choice and sold as finished goods in one product category.
This license also allows the same design to be licensed to other companies at the same time and remain for sale on sites such as Spoonflower, where others may purchase the design printed on fabric, wallpaper, and other products.
Want to see examples of past collaborations? Check out my portfolio page for inspiration.
Keep in mind, you don't need a license to sell finished goods made with fabric purchased from my retailers such as Spoonflower.

Usage terms for an exclusive license are negotiated and agreed upon by all parties before any design work commences.
As the designer, I retain the right to use the design during the licensing period for any other purpose not specified in the licensing agreement; for example, if you have exclusively licensed a design for baby bedding, then I may also license the design within a different category such as wallpaper or women’s apparel.
At the end of the licensing term, you will have the first opportunity to renew the design. If you decide not to re-license, then the rights to the design revert back to me.

When you license my artwork, whether it's exclusive or non-exclusive, please know that I retain all copyright and ownership of the design and all derivative works. This ensures that you're getting high-quality and unique designs for your brand.
At this time, I only offer buyouts on a case-by-case basis to established companies. I'm always open to discussing different licensing options, so if you have any questions or special requests, please don't hesitate to reach out.
