Refund policy
Every Pine + Feather Studio order is printed on demand. All sales are final. Damaged or defective? Contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right.
Damaged or defective orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right. Do not send items back without reaching out first; we need to evaluate the issue before determining whether a return or replacement is appropriate.
When you contact us, please include:
- The email address used to place the order
- Your order number (found in your confirmation email)
- Photos clearly showing the issue
- For scale concerns, include a ruler or coin in the photo for reference
Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the ship date. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the estimated delivery date. Errors on our part are covered at our expense.
Wrong address
If the address you provided is flagged as insufficient by the carrier, your shipment will be returned to our production partner's facility. Reshipment costs are your responsibility once we confirm a corrected address with you.
EU consumers
Under Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized. Because every order is printed specifically for you, we reserve the right to decline returns at our discretion.
Customers in Brazil
If you are located in Brazil and wish to return an item, contact us within 7 consecutive days of receiving your order and include a photo of the item. Returns are subject to evaluation; items that have been used or damaged, even partially, are not eligible for a refund.
A few other things to know
- We cannot accept returns of non-faulty products
- Pine + Feather Studio reserves the right to assess and determine the nature of any product issue
- Pine + Feather Studio is not responsible for charges incurred outside of a purchase made on our site

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will not process a return for items you send back to us without prior communication to determine if an item qualifies for a return or replacement.
We ask that you include the following in your communication:
- Original email used when placing the order
- Order number (can be found in your order confirmation email)
- Photos clearly showing the print issues or design concerns
- For questions of scale, include a ruler or coin in the photo for visual reference
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 calendar days after the product has been shipped. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 calendar days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please contact us.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our partner’s facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
Please contact us before returning any products. Except for Customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Customers residing in Brazil and regretting a purchase must contact us and express their will to return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;

sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
therefore we reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
